 During the construction process and afterwards, West Bay customers receive personal, professional attention to their requirements from West Bay's team of dedicated specialists.

 
New owners take part in comprehensive orientation sessions upon taking delivery of their new yacht. Depending on the size of yacht, the orientation sessions will run from three to five days in duration and will cover all major aspects of operating and maintaining the yacht. Specialists in each major discipline will orient the owner in a professional manner to each of the yachts systems including mechanical, electrical, electronic and entertainment systems.
 Following delivery, West Bay's Warranty Service team is a telephone call away.
 West Bay's service objective is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction based on survey results. The philosophy of the service team is to do whatever it takes to ensure each customer's experience with West Bay meets or exceeds that customer's expectations.
